I have lost 27kg so far since working with Phil. The programme has helped me stay focused outside of the gym, building better habits and stay injury free. I am looking to come into the Rugby season strongest I've ever been.

I am a competitive golfer and had some experience in the gym previously. Phil helped me set realistic lifting targets relative to my bodyweight, as well as giving me a programme to loose fat and increase strength. I am now hitting PB's and really enjoying learning a new Olympic lifting programme.
