Phil has been coaching professionally for over 10 years. He trained as an athlete and competed for the Great British Sailing Team for over 6 years, before completing a Sport Science BSc and a MSc in Exercise Physiology. He is now based in Singapore, delivering programming to people wanting to make a change.
Phil's programmes have helped a number of athletes around the world from learning new techniques, loosing body fat, increasing lean muscle mass and implementing recovery strategies to reach new levels of performance.
